One of the cooks is the mother of one of my regular customers. It's got a good vibe. I'm baking some stuff for the place's case under contract, but since I usually work from home and with only our infants for company, being in a shared workspace is one of the things that really excited me.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm baking on contract for a local place while the normal crews do their work, so my main worry is mostly staying out of the way and leaving the place cleaner than I found it.
