From Public Square in Cleveland to Columbus streets, thousands turned out Friday to defend Haitian families in Springfield from an anticipated ICE surge. With TPS ending Feb 3, protests in over 300 cities showed resistance can’t be ignored.

Trump’s having trouble accepting his worldwide status as a disgrace.

I remember a college professor of mine going on a rant about how the world was owned and ruined by “five old white men on yachts”

And I remember thinking, well, it’s probably more that people don’t examine their own actions, it’s not like a couple of people control the world

But you know what

He loves children. If you are a black child in Africa...not so much.

If the only thing you do between now and when elections are certified is to VOTE...that will not be enough.

Help educate others about the need to win every seat

Coach others to register

Volunteer in campaigns

Work to get multiple people to vote

Speak out rather than hide your views

Forget all the nonsense about Trump “pivoting” to moderation. The regime will continue to escalate.

But the thing is: In Minneapolis, people are holding the line. And the Trumpists have no effective strategy to consolidate authoritarian rule in the face of sustained resistance.

That is why strategically selective impeachment matters, even when you "fail" to win conviction and removal. In fact, failing to get conviction and removal may be the whole point, if you want to portray your opposition as unwilling or unable to address real wrongs.

I will say again, for the people in the back: the art of politics in a democracy is not merely counting votes. It is reframing issues in a way that CHANGES votes. It is making the case for what is impossible today, so it becomes more possible tomorrow.
