Labour despise the electorate. Iโ€™ve never seen a party treat voters with such contempt.

Been very fun seeing Labour types heads falling off over the Green candidate. Middle class living room! Sheโ€™s not a real plumber, she does a secret type of WOKE plumbing!

Unserious people who shouldnโ€™t be allowed within a million miles of power again.

Itโ€™s important to take time out of your day to enjoy any misfortune that befalls any member of the British press. Itโ€™s good for the soul.

The most dishonest man in politics there, lying again.

Itโ€™s as if Buckells from Line of Duty just kept on going up and up the greasy pile until he ended up as Prime Minister.

It warms my heart knowing that his rotten party is going to do him in just before he gets his free prime ministerial jolly to watch England at the World Cup, which he was probably really looking forward to.

I need politicians to come out and say that Ratcliffe will not get one penny of public money for his clubโ€™s shit circus tent stadium.

What odds will the bookies give me on Labour winning fewer seats than Sinn Fein in 2029?

One nice thing to say about Jim Ratcliffe is that one day, relatively soon, heโ€™ll be dead.

*6 months later*

We regret to inform you that the Prime Minister personally committed war crimes in Afghanistan

Do decent people trying their best normally have a line of people whoโ€™ll be queuing up round the block to chisel โ€œIsrael does have that rightโ€ into their headstone - so future generations never forget what they enabled - once theyโ€™re gone?

Doing something to nobodyโ€™s benefit, not even really his own, because itโ€™s the opposite of what a Scottish person told him to do. An Englishman to his core.

There arenโ€™t many things to look forward to in this country, but Wesley becoming the first prime minister to lose their seat in a general election is very much one of them.

Do people who hardly knew him usually spend days scrubbing all their social media accounts of all the pally photos and posts containing him?

By the time he goes, Starmer will be our 6th Prime Minister in a row more or less selected by these people to leave in shambles; without the commentators and pundits ever having been wrong at any point.

09.02.2026 16:58 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Sure but if you view Starmerโ€™s job as destroying the Labour Party and making sure it never sees an electoral victory again in any of our lifetimes, heโ€™s been a runaway success.

Sienna rodgers:
Labour MP Karl Turner just told @TimesRadio effectively that Angela Rayner called the shots yesterday and that PM needs to sack Morgan McSweeney or be โ€˜up against itโ€™ himself

He says Labour MPs feel if they disagree with a policy they get briefed against & emphases heโ€™s never met McSweeney

I always think this stands out in conversations with lots of backbenchers โ€“ many have a feeling that this powerful figure is totally unknown to them personally and therefore that lobby journalists (who do know him) are closer to the centre of power than they are

"Briefing against" only exists be because journalists are on the team. Powerful people should not be given license to trash less powerful people without putting their name to it but that is 90% of british political journalism

Burn the Labour Party to the ground and salt the earth. Enemies of progress. Enemies of the working class. Friends of paedophile billionaires and war criminals.

The Blairite faction hates everyone except themselves, and they spent the entire time from 2007-2024 seething, plotting, wrecking and scheming to get control of a party and a country they thought was theirs to rule by right.

Very much in keeping for our political geniuses and their press mates to have gone to huge lengths to make police publicly look like idiots for banning some notorious football hooligans; mere weeks before the police are presented with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go in studs up on *them*

Streeting is radioactive with the general public, radioactive with dues-paying members of his own party, and yet the radical fundamentalists of the Labour right and their pals in the press are going to shove him on us anyway, even if it destroys them. Adults in charge, political strategy geniuses.

At some point we do actually need journalists to do their jobs for once in their lives and work out what exactly is going on with this specific wing of the Labour Party, if not the party as a whole.

Who leaked this Number 10 discussion to Jeffrey Epstein? And are there consequences for the leaker?

Itโ€™s an internal discussion re. getting markets moving in the aftermath of the financial crisis. No doubt of great interest to Epstein and his financial market clients.
