Excellent, thanks!

Grandfather to three, therefore permanently knackered. Changing our lives to make theirs safer.
Excellent, thanks!
01.10.2025 22:06 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Any recommendations for a newbie?
01.10.2025 20:45 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Agree 100%, but if you think this is just going to blow over I fear youβre mistaken. When will the government stop fighting on Reformβs turf (where youβre going to lose, and where you legitimise the debate) and start speaking positively about immigration and humanely about refugees?
26.08.2025 22:21 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0So over the years hundreds of thousands of people (including me) have shuffled through the foyer without a clue what theyβre walking on? Canβt think why they donβt make something of it?
25.03.2025 09:55 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Please say itβs not still thereβ¦?
25.03.2025 09:31 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Please donβt do that. Lots of us bought them before Musk lost his mind. My father lost his mental health fighting Nazis and it still hangs over me to this day. Randomly shouting abuse isnβt productive and in my case would be massively offensive. And donβt just say βsell itβ, lifeβs not that simple
15.03.2025 09:11 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβll happily give them time, but the blank refusal at the top of government to even consider such an obvious win is tiring. You donβt actually have all that much time, and thereβs a lot to do.
30.01.2025 09:39 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Good! Then can we get on with it please? Youβll never have a bigger majority, so what is slowing you down?
25.01.2025 20:41 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0My wife and I (141 years between us) did a bodily audit the other day and found we couldnβt make one fully functioning human being between us. Itβs quicker to list the bits that work than those that do. Still, we stumble on.
15.01.2025 10:24 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Youβre right, and I apologise for my tone and for the offence. Itβs hard not to be truculent (excellent choice of word) when you judge my world view based on my choice of car. The CEO of Tesla has clearly lost his mind, and to be assumed to be sympathetic to his appalling behaviour is a bit grim.
14.01.2025 08:28 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0What does a choice of car say about what I will tolerate? How do you know what I think?
13.01.2025 18:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Probably fair enough for the ludicrous Cybertruck. But does driving a Model S or 3 make someone a wanker? And if so, why? Lots of car companies have very dubious connections, but that doesnβt reflect on the owners.
13.01.2025 10:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Read again. We have two Teslas and they draw virtually nothing.
12.01.2025 16:07 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0A tardigrade playing a microscopic violin
I keep this one handy for times like this.
11.01.2025 00:25 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Ignore the obvious bot. Thatβs excellent work and you should be proud of it.
09.01.2025 00:09 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0But itβs not a reason is it? Because it hardly ever happens.
30.12.2024 18:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0We saw it in glorious sunshine in September and it left us very deep in thought for a long time. The setting is beautiful and being able to see two more circles from the site was the icing on the cake!
29.12.2024 10:34 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Me too! But weβre sticking with the Model S for now because, well, itβs a Model S! Plus we bought our first one before Musk lost his mind. And anyone who tries to tell me how bad they are rapidly demonstrates that they donβt know what theyβre talking about.
17.12.2024 22:12 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0If people throw their toys out of the pram over your choice or car, couldnβt you just block them? Theyβre not up for a rational discussion, so block and move on. Some of us are very interested in your Tesla story!
17.12.2024 21:51 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Yes. Because itβs so, so much better than the other place, and because if a service is free, youβre paying with your privacy.
17.12.2024 00:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Ok, then have an anecdote (which of course isnβt science either, but itβs all Iβve got). Just had the state of health of my 7 yr old 70,000 mile Tesla Model S tested. Itβs 97%. At this rate Iβll have to replace the battery in about 30 years by which time I and the car will be long since dead.
12.12.2024 09:45 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0No, because the article is nonsense.
06.12.2024 11:28 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Really not sure weβve βmoved onβ when all the evidence shows Brexit to be an economic and diplomatic catastrophe. Still, this looks like progress, and many congratulations on the appointment.
06.12.2024 08:02 β π 3 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Thank you! A remarkable debate that might lead to a kinder end for those need and seek it.
29.11.2024 17:12 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Had Cross Climates on both our Model Ss. Really, really long lasting and excellent grip, which seems an unlikely combination but there it is.
23.11.2024 17:07 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Hello! Nice here, isnβt it?!
