So I was invited to accept an award for "imagination in service to society." This forced me to think a bit about what "imagination," "service" and "society" mean to me.

Real Estate Investing should not be a thing. the building I live in right now should have been a housing co-operative built with municipal, provincial, and federal funding and any "profit" made should have gone directly into a maintenance fund.

Hey so “underage girls” are…children. The word you’re looking for is children. They’re not like, women-in-waiting or women-lite or whatever. They’re children. I think some of you are very uncomfortable with what that means for you but it is still true.

yes!!! apparently it’s a natural fiber!!! wtf.

the bummer is you gotta re-up every two weeks so it gets expensive. sometimes we haven’t been able to source them but it still seems to help, overall.

yeah from what I can tell it’s worked for us, although we had a particularly virulent infestation that we actually had to move away from since the landlord wouldn’t fix it. they were even eating cotton, rayon, etc. and stuff that was out in the open. seems to have gotten better tho.
