Honest mistakes are also important misconceptions to address. #IBD and #IBS are not the same, though both can impact day to day life tremendously. #IBD is also not only characterized by diarrhea it can also lead to constipation, weight loss and so much more. #Gastropsych

Realized this year I’ve officially lived with my #J-Pouch longer than I lived without it. It’s a surreal milestone in this #ibd journey. What started as a three surgery process that became countless changed my life in so many ways for better and at times for worse but I wouldn’t change a thing.
