This was something we said again and again in interviews and talks about the Ladybird books.

Fashion and apparent refusal of fashion walking side by side on those pavements and it's cool.

Passed by a cat café on the way back to the hotel and you could see the kitties through the windows even though the place was closed and they were so adorable I wanted to claw my way in.

So many of the couples at this hotel buy drinks, then sit at the same table in the garden, not talking, passive-aggressively staring at TikTok instead. I hope they enjoy their trip on some level at least.

I do have a reputation to keep up after all.
