One last weight loss update - weigh 215 and at 25% body fat now. Since we got holidays now, hope to maintain weight until after CES, then engage in another cut to try to get below 20% and hit 180...hopefully LOL

It's official - HDL went down 10 points (138 to 128), but more importantly, A1C went to 5.2 from 6.2 - so now gotta watch what I eat like I've been doing, but should have some freedom to enjoy myself for Thxgvg / X-Mas. :D

Next steps - add some whole grains, increase fiber intake, and treat myself.

Woke up to 100+ new followers - what is going on? o_o Um, hi - I do PR for gaming PCs, I like to work out, play games, and working on self improvement stuff. Genshin is what I play daily, and I drink iced coffee too much.
