Israel has deported several of them since the arrests. Monday: Israel deports Greta Thunberg and 170 other activists. Those deported are citizens of Greece, Italy, France, Ireland, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Austria, Luxembourg, Finland, Denmark, Slovakia, Switzerland, Norway, the UK, Serbia, and the United States. There were some Turkish citizens in the ~130 they released yesterday but so far I've seen nothing on participants from Malaysia, Brazil, Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, or Algeria. Reportedly Thiago Avila and some of the other Brazilians started the hunger strike.

This is not true. During Biden's admin, America dropped a token amount of food a couple times, but consistently ran cover for the near-total blockade of food and medicine.
