CIPN is a major challenge in oncology, often limiting treatment.
Using RealDRGβ’ hiPSC sensory neurons, we tested CIPN-related compounds and found that DSRM-3716, a SARM1 NADase inhibitor, preserves axonal density after bortezomib treatment. More studies underway!
