If you live in one of these states, call your Senators, thank them, and remind them that there are related issues where their states and the nation needs their support and willingness to stand up.

There are a lot more proposals, so it makes sense the success rate is lower. But reviewers have become a lot more conservative IMO as more guidance is provided for scoring. I don’t feel the best ideas are getting funded, just the best proposals that check the boxes.

I noticed that there are no reductions for the SBIR and STTR programs.

Having just watched the HULU Predator animated film, I think animation would be great for the KPS, especially if you get the team from Blue Eye Samurai.

This also means it will be a major risk to trust MPIs and their reporting. Don’t they know that the FT effort is capped? They are simply trying to reduce the number of applications.
