If you have a block club or neighborhood association already established, or really any other community organization you’re involved with, that can be a good starting point- we had a neighborhood meeting where several signal networks were formed.

I get the impression that a lot of people want to believe that keeping your head down will protect you if you aren’t one of ICE’s targets, but the list of targets is constantly expanding and they’re so reckless in their violence that anyone can get caught in the crosshairs.
