Definitely depends on the airport, where the lounge is, where your flight is etc. but yeah they’ve made it much easier to get into these places but it’s still a “status symbol” for some

I just don’t know if that’s true. If you look around the league, even the terrible teams sell tickets. West Ham’s last home game, by which they had already lost two home games by a combined 8-1, they had 97% capacity. Are we so spoiled that we can’t get up for a game we might win by being boring?

Same in terms of watching, I’ll watch anything. But this is hardly some of the worst stuff we’ve played in recent memory. I’ll grant it’s not the most exciting thing either but fans weren’t too happy losing each game 4-2 either iirc

I mean I sense it too but I cannot possibly understand why. We have so many good fun players who are playing well and enjoy wearing the shirt. We have a new manager who wants to succeed and is trying new things. I just don’t really get it.

But I guess I just don’t understand this. We are, by all accounts, ripping up trees. We’re unbeaten in nearly every game, have scored multiple goals in all but two. Maybe our luck will run out, or maybe it won’t. I guess I just don’t understand the pessimism.

Sure, but we had already won 3-0 twice at that point in the season, only lost one time in 6 tries, scoring 9 goals. If people thought they weren’t going to see goals, then they were just incorrect.
