You know who takes a cognitive test? People whose family members suspect their loved one is suffering from dementia. If he kept getting “perfect” scores…they wouldn’t keep administering them. My take? He blew the first one he ever took. Now, they’re tracking the decline. I’d bet my hot coffee on it.

I doubt Tr$mp has ever had a neurological test. He's had simple screening that everyone except the later stage dementia folks can pass. I'd like to see his recall ability & drawing of the clock with the hands of the clock showing the time. Doubtful he could do those now.
