What’s the verdict on air purifiers? Do they work? I’ve seen so many conflicting things.

Asking because we don’t have central air and so we use fans to pull outside air in to circulate air in our house. Worth it to buy a purifier since we’re in the city? For allergies?

Omg this happened often when I taught public school. Actually, the straw that broke the camels back for me that led me to quit teaching has having two different AP’s YELL at me, in the hallway, in front of kids and parents in the course of a week.

Having to be at work at 7am all week (when I’m used to starting work at 9:30/10) is really messing with my sleep and bathroom schedule. Ugh.

If you recently cancelled a big corporate streaming service, consider taking that monthly payment and donating it to your local radio or TV station!

Some stations will be able to fundraise and cover the loss, but many will not be able to weather this storm and will shutter, meaning lots of communities will lose vital alerts and information.
