I apologize for swearing but--are you fucking kidding me???

The NYT thinks that judges refusing to give Trump's DOJ the benefit of the doubt is "eroding the healthy functioning of the courts."

For democracy to survive, judges need to be more skeptical and impose greater sanctions for DOJ's lies.
