I also agree with you on eating foods that are easy to make but also nutritious. Sometimes it's easy to overlook how simple a recipe is to make when you are too focused on something really important. For something so small it is shocking to see how much sodium and sugar is in this sponge cake. It is always easy to overlook you daily intake of added sugars and sodium but looking at the nutrition profile helps with that. Ill definitely eat twinkies more in moderation @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I mainly eat rice and eggs or rice with salmon. One way I can make this meal more nutrient dense is by adding more veggies and making my plate more diverse.
