I am personally a fan of eating cabbage, but a fad diet I can't get behind is the 30-day cabbage soup diet. Apparently, people can lose up to ten pounds a week. Sustaining that when returning to a balanced diet is very unrealistic. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
