Got pranked by my neighbor's cat. I see this cat in the window of Pizza Luna frequently, and while coming home from my morning coffee walk he ran outside to get cuddles. He acted like he was accidentally left outside, meowing, and refused to walk through the gate. After 30 mins he just walks in.

Not to mention the daily chat with my barista friends, the nice old man with the walker who attracts all the dogs, the tourists coming and going, the smell of the bakeries, my neighbors saying hi in the elevator...just a nice thing to have so much interaction early to get your day going.

Realized I'm only truly happy when I live in a walkable city area. My morning stroll to get coffee and a few small items to cook for the day triggers a small "task completed" endorphin rush. Suburb living always depressed me; driving everywhere is just the worst thing ever.

When i was a pre-teen, there were a bunch of landline based phone-in games that were advertised in our local paper. They were choose-your-own-adventure games where you chose an option after each part of the story. Anyone remember this? I believe it was called "Phone-A-Tale". Wizard Quest was one.
