@rbreich.bsky.social can a state supervene a federal tariff by giving a tax incentive to companies that do business with the country affected by the federal tariffs?

I know… I am waiting for someone to do something and feeling quite helpless. I’m planning a huge garden, a flock of chickens, and maybe solar panels and a milk cow.

I think every reputable news agency is talking about it. I mainly watch pbs. You can get it online.
