Some games you can’t be good at without a good follow-through.

An individual is smart and can research and has the ability to logically determine right and wrong, but it also takes more for this individuals to impact the minds of those that believe in the hate and rhetoric that everyday people see.

But like you’re saying, they voted for it and what I’m saying is I feel bad that they think this good… education aside some just wanted it this way.. I support the protest as we as Americans should stand up for our democracy

No judgement to either political side, there are good republicans like me that didn’t vote trump either because they can see through the shit

Google search results can be selective in areas just like the rest of our social media apps

Some just eat the sausage instead of asking how it’s made

Arrogance is part of it…

With targeted social media and local news spewing the ignorance it’s not always easy to pull straight facts… also in some instances they really do believe they’re in a good spot because no one can change their minds. It’s not as simple as saying “here’s the facts” not when most believe in fake news

I’m amazed at the number of comments saying “that’s what they voted for..” when in actuality they had no idea this was what would happen. I have fam in rural Iowa and the propaganda is heavy in that area… they still think it’s all good things and blindly live life. I feel bad for them, honestly.

They’re banning TikTok not because it harvests data, the same way US social media does, but because they can’t influence it’s algorithm with congressional hearings or government contracts the way they do every other tech giant. That’s it.
