Tax return shock: higher bracket, more owed. Felt robbed!

But faith shows progress includes pauses. Choosing rest now, recharging between roles.

Grateful for the reset.

Found a blood test referral in my drawer dated Nov 2024. 8 months later, I finally got to it.

In leadership, we pour ourselves out for others. In this liminal space, I'm reminded: we can't serve from an empty cup.

Rest isn't selfish. Our families want us healthy and happy.
