Ok this is lame I know, but I just made myself a grilled cheese for the first time in yeeeeeears (gf bread. Df cheese. I never bothered since I gave g&d up) and I forgot how simple and yet satisfying they are.

Tonight, the big city girl (me) is learning about life in a small town (where I now live.)
The lesson tonight is that tractor pulls at the town fair (half a mile away) are very loud.

I believe following the law is important.

I also believe that no human being deserves to be kept in inhumane conditions and abused. No human being deserves to be locked away without due process. If due process finds the person to be a criminal, that person still has basic human rights.

I didn’t see this yesterday, but I’m game to insert a weekend day tomorrow!!

A friend was bragging about his mom’s lasagna a few weeks ago, and overhearing this, she told me she’d make me one sometime. He reminded her of my food intolerances, and she had to ponder that for a minute. This past weekend, she made his family a normal one and surprised me with a gfdf one and yall

Life near a Great Lake is actually the best place to live.
A visit to Lake Michigan last night was exactly what I needed.

A dear friend and I were discussing Forrest Frank’s miraculous healing this summer, and then she declared to me that she wants that testimony.
Without going into any detail here about her situation, could you pray with me that she may have that testimony? That she will receive miraculous healing?

I also am finding beauty on my deck at nighttime with lights up (still need to add so many other things…) but the lights and the pond…
To quote my high school employee when she saw the pic: “that’s a whole vibe” and… it really is.

I turned in the keys for my apartment yesterday.
I reflected on the beauty of how that place was home for me for 6.5 years.
I also reflected on the beauty of turning in the keys cause my new place is great and also it meant all my stuff was finally moved. 😂
