One week old!
Eyes opening!
They are starting to get more fur now, and today they started opening their eyes!
My daughter asked me if I wanted one to keep when they are ready to be weaned. It will be very hard to say "no" to that! #CatsofBluesky

Momma kitty with five kittens
The kittens were a week old yesterday. They all seem to be doing well and have almost doubled in weight.
I'm amazed at how well their young mother has done with them, despite her small size and back-to-back pregnancies. #CatsofBluesky
I'm so glad I canceled my subscription. Just plain horrible now.
22.11.2025 22:24 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The look of judgment... I've seen it many times!
22.11.2025 17:52 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It is so frustrating!
22.11.2025 01:06 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0*Simplify the message
21.11.2025 16:05 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Dems spend too much time responding to what Trump said or did. That consumes time that could be spent on their own message.
They need a brief response about Trump's wrongdoing and then move forward.
I worked in non-profit PR helping some orgs through major change, transition and crisis. Every employee needs to know the message. Running around in a circle doesn't move you forward.
21.11.2025 16:01 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Thank you for the work you are doing!
Keeping the message simple and direct works, but it also needs repetition. Every Dem staff person needs to know those points when responding to phone calls, etc. Every interview needs to get one of those major points across. It takes time, but it works.
They are desperate to convince people a false reality. Comparing gas prices from 2021? What dinner rolls are down 22%? And "national brand" is store brand, not name brand most likely.
21.11.2025 15:52 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Don't talk about Trump. Talk about Republicans' fawning support for Trump. #EpsteinFiles
13.11.2025 12:35 β π 3 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0This is spot on. I've known for some time that the Democrat messaging is bad. They appear disjointed because they can't focus on the things that unify them. They also need to simply the message and repeat it at every interview and opportunity.
21.11.2025 14:43 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Ray is very sweet and affectionate. She has been through so much. They plan to keep her (after spaying) and one of the kittens if possible. They will need to find homes for the others.
21.11.2025 02:48 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Momma kitty Ray is doing her best. She is so small! They are weighing the kittens every day to make sure they are gaining weight. #CatsofBluesky
21.11.2025 02:47 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The kitten are adorable, but it was so irresponsible for the previous owners not to spay AND to let her go outside.
My daughter and SIL are making the best of it, but it is a lot since they already having another cat and a dog. #CatsofBluesky
My daughter and SIL took on a foster cat from a co-worker. They were told she had a litter 2 months ago, and they found homes for the kittens. They were surprised to find out the cat was pregnant AGAIN, and had kittens only one week later! Poor kitty - she isn't even 2 yrs old. #CatsofBluesky
21.11.2025 02:45 β π 3 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0Please keep us posted. Hope she is OK.
(I have been there!)
Is that a cardboard cut out? It looks flat.
19.11.2025 22:57 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It was so "amazing" watching people die due to his incompetence and ignorance.
My father died in May '20 from Covid because Trump wanted to ignore the virus away while also grifting off of the medical supply chains.
Absolutely no way to read this and not conclude that the Department of Justice has been deeply corrupted. And this is from a time when career lawyers were in place, pushing back against illegality. With firings and resignations, the politicization will just get worse.

17.11.2025 02:30 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Yes, I agree! Unlike the current despicable occupant
16.11.2025 20:30 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Yes, Biden did focus on need, regardless of red versus blue states. I saw an analysis of the projects included at the time, and red areas received more overall.
16.11.2025 20:20 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0And $2k wouldn't begin to cover an ER visit now even with insurance.
16.11.2025 20:12 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0And I remember my mom complaining for months because she was charged $75 for an ambulance ride not covered by insurance - back in 1975. Even with inflation, nothing justifies the costs we have today.
16.11.2025 20:08 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Ambulance companies can charge $4k now for a simple transport. It is absurd.
I know because I saw my parents' charges, and that was 5+ years ago. Many are independent operators (not municipal.)

16.11.2025 19:53 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Before insurance, the cost for my husband's outpatient hip surgery was $55k. How far would that $2k credit go for any major hospitalization?
