Yeah the Switch came out with Breath of the Wild on release and had Mario Kart, ARMS, Splatoon, Dragon Quest, and Shovel Knight lined up for the first 3 months, and I think Smash, Odyssey, and Pokemon were also in the first year

It felt like it took a really long time to announce it, and then it still felt rushed. Honestly the Switch is a good console but is also way behind the times on a lot of fronts, and it doesn't really seem like 2 caught up

Honestly joy cons are incredible until they break, personally I wish they were bigger and heavier but they're a good compromise. Never heard of a pair working right after 9 months though, and considering I have a Gameboy SP that still works after 20 years, I expect more from Nintendo hardware

It seems like an ok update to the console itself, but even that isn't crazy, and I don't know if they fixed the dogshit Internet connection or controller reliability, which are honestly my biggest complaints about the Switch

I actually almost exclusively use my Switch with the dock, but there's nothing exclusive to the Switch 2 that's enough to make me want one even if I could afford it. Donkey Kong sounds awesome, Kirby looks interesting, new Mario Kart is annoying, don't really care past that so far

Yeah I can totally make an argument for Iowa being an album everyone should hear, not this

It's good but those first two albums are amazing, they never made it back to what they managed on those first two

Honestly Zuckerberg is my first guess if we're picking tech execs that might be autonomous robot prototypes, but Musk is #2.

I think the idea of putting magic in the hands of the commoners lines up with the political themes in the others, that's what I really liked about TLJ.
