I don’t know how much damage the strikes do and ordinarily how long they would take to fix, but presumably with the manpower sent to the frontlines, the ones who have fled the country and the lack of skilled foreigners prepared to assist, these are multiplying effects.

She doesn't strike me as the type to be intimidated by anyone. My impression with the body language with Trump was more annoyance at having to pander to his ego for the time being rather than anything else.

I thought the EU, its member states and associates had provided much more financial support than the USA, but the US had provided more military aid, at least for the first few years. Then again I suppose a lot of the money went on munitions and factories so indistinguishable.
