Hazlemere Runners Reds first trail run of the year. Great to be back in the woods. Introduced our C25 grads to the Elephant Tree.

Hazlemere Runners C25k Week 8. Their first full 5k, with a brief walk in the middle. Great running by everyone. 👏

Penn Pacers Training 8am Today. 700m x 5 progressions with 2 mins recovery. Still recovering from the lurgy but was happy with progression down from 5 mins to 4:30.

Hazlemere Runners C25k Week 7 last night. Fewer this week, it’s half term. But, smashed a hilly 4k. And a few have already craftily done a parkrun.

Penn Pacers Training 8am Wednesday. Tough up the slope session. 10 x 60 secs up, 2 mins down. Move your cone at least 1 metre further up progression.

First Penn Pacers training session after 3 weeks off ill. Fabulous morning in the woods. 12 x 90 secs with diminishing recoveries was tough. But it was great to be back with the morning crew.

Penn Pacers training this morning 8am, 3 Hills Challenge. Always a tough hill sandwich session. Different order today, very, extremely and fairly on the tough scale. But, we’re still smiling afterwards. 😊

Penn Pacers training this morning on Chalk Track trail. (roads were too icy) 1 min out 1 min back 1 min recovery x 10 at consistent pace. Tough session in freezing temps but great fun.

Penn Pacers training this morning. 10 x 1min reps slightly up hill. 2 mins recovery back to start. Trying to move the cone 1m further each rep. Managed it on all reps apart from 7&8.
