I have telehealth appointments every other month with my psych to discuss my mental health and med effectiveness, and sometimes there are med shortages which is very annoying, but otherwise being on meds has been really helpful and not too difficult a process

It was not difficult. Did a questionnaire and a telehealth visit with a psych (also a woman with ADHD, which probably helped) and she got me started on meds. A bit later they had me go in and take a computer test that measures focus to confirm for insurance purposes, but that was it /1
