I walked past there last night, with my two elementary school grandkids. Going to the basketball game 400 yards from that place, we had to walk about 100 yards out of our way to avoid the commotion. Same thing on the way home. Never had any concern for our safety.

This is a great idea. Add to it volunteers who walk the neighborhood wearing costumes and delivering the candy to kids who can’t go out, or delivering it to schools where the teachers know who needs it.
