i personally tell people to drop stimulant ADHD medications - it's often the source of anxiety for most people

but if you're happy with it, reduce caffeine

lemme tell you now - quit one or the other, not both Ritalin and caffeine together, not at first at least

caffeine helps with ADHD symptoms, if you take both your medications away you're going to be miserable

reduce caffeine first is my advice, but if you aren't happy with the Ritalin, drop that
