what makes it arguably MORE normal is how awkward the dynamics are. wanda is a pseudo-mom to her ex husband's daughter and vision is pretty much nothing to his own firstborn sons. and his dead third son too even though he tried to have two of the same daughter for a while. he said #girldad by force.

i love the way steve orlando writes wanda and the vision as amicably divorced. it was way weirder at the time but at the end of the day that's basically what they have going on now. normal ass divorced couple with a blended family.
