Having read Jane Eyre for University, I can say that I personally found it an awful, upsetting experience. The mistreatment of Bertha Mason, a woman suffering some unnamed mental illness, is locked in a hidden room for 15 years.
She is only ever framed as an evil burden. Vile.

I love 4:3. It’s great for games, but VHS gives it a unique magic. Cinema was always widescreen, so VHS had to use Pan & Scan to fit films onto 4:3 TVs. They zoomed in on the film and panned across the shot. Those cuts are lost, and that’s sad.
Alien's Pan & Scan is a claustrophobic delight!

I'm really proud of this. I'm used to a lot of older games being very obtuse with what to do and so I opted for a level 1 mission difficulty but that felt too easy.
Thinking of doing a Let's Play on the game, it's so much fun!

So, after finishing the System Shock Remake, I dived into the original, and everyone on board Citadel Station in the OG game refers to SHODAN with he/him pronouns despite her identifying as female, so like, is SHODAN Trans???

I’m working on my video diving into the motivations of both AM and SHODAN, I’m really proud of how it’s coming along!

I read that letter, & thought that it was a parody, a joke, mocking Trump, because surely, even he wasn't that pacific, that senseless, that unself-aware, but it was real.
I can't think of a more upsetting, & laughable, example of modern politics and how stupid it's all become...
