Kaltiala won't. This was her response to the Assigned piece, and her claim of intentional defamation is likely closer to defamation than the article. I don't know how anyone can see her as credible when using such measured rhetoric.

Sapir had reached out to Kaltiala because of a now-deleted Wired article, and was also the first person to receive an English translation of the HS piece (and had been keeping touch with a certain Finnish online community). Then he filed an amicus brief which cited his article based on the HS piece.

some month after Sapir had reached out to her. In between those events, you were one of the people on twitter he was saying how you can confirm with Jesse Singal that they spoke.
