25.02.2026 18:28 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0Text of an email from Amazon: Youβre receiving this notice because you have one or more Amazon Lists that are shared with others and have a delivery address set up. Weβre writing to inform you about an upcoming change to Amazon Lists. Starting March 25, 2026, we will remove the option to restrict purchases from third-party sellers for list items. When this change takes effect, gift purchasers will be able to purchase items sold by third-party sellers from your lists and your delivery address will be shared with the seller for fulfillment. This change will provide gift purchasers with access to a wider selection of items when shopping from your lists. Important note: When gifts are purchased from your shared or public lists, Amazon needs to provide your shipping address to sellers and delivery partners to fulfill these orders. During the delivery process, your address may become visible to gift purchasers through delivery updates and tracking information. To help protect your privacy, we recommend using a PO Box or non-residential address for any list you share with public audiences.
In a month, Amazon will stop letting you hide your delivery address from people who buy you items from your wish lists. I got this email today.
This is going to enable stalking and targeted harassment of a lot of vulnerable people whoβve relied on the privacy of wish list donations.

Apple bottom, one lipstick, two knobs, long curvy guard, sparkle finish, and a headstock youβd expect to be 3+3, but itβs 6-in-line. I even looked at a poster of this, but I canβt make out the name.

Bird created impressions on the snow. It is long and bird shaped with a beak and head on the left and tail feathers on the right. It also kind of looks like a fish.

I think this is a leucistic dark-eyed junco. Itβs been hanging around my backyard all season with a flock of standard-color juncos. These photos are from December 21 and February 22.
Low image quality because I have to sit still and zoom in all the way with my phone. The juncos scatter if I move. πͺΆ

Except everyone else also got stuck in the briefcase.
During his first term, I imagined that we could sideline him by moving him into an ongoing reality-show environment where everyone treats him like the president while someone else runs the country. Abracadabra, they took it to the next level (of Hell) and made the reality show the actual government.

I still have a downloaded copy of Josh Wardleβs original code. Maybe I finish that.
The New York Times has started recycling Wordle puzzles. Todayβs answer was already a used word (the fifth solution ever, from before the Times bought it). They didnβt even go through the full original solution dictionary β even excluding words that the editors reasonably removed. Iβm done. Finally.
