I really like the consistent look of Shaw Brothers stuff? The clean shooting, the colors, the comfortable swing from stagey artifice to open air. Some REALLY funny shit in this one, pretty whacky from opening to end, effects and stunts harmonizing to be fairly gloriously weird.

A lot of the actual martial arts takes a bit of a back seat to magic warfare, including just. Guns. Very lovely and visually bright slurry of crack going on here.
