So happy to visit my son who is going to school in Freiburg. He recently finished his first semester working towards becoming a journeyman wood carver. We got a tour of the school and itβs really impressive.

Almost 14 years later, I finally found doctors who did take me seriously and who have followed the (minimal) research that had been done. One of the first things I was told was to cut out caffeine since that makes my POTS worse, and I started to see some improvement in my health.

to an infectious disease specialist who gave me the initial diagnosis. At the time, even the doctors who believed that ME/CFS was a real thing (and not just in our heads) knew nothing about the condition or how to treat it and the only advice she had for me was to drink lots of coffee. π

I was first diagnosed with ME/CFS about 18 years ago after more than a year of feeling sick. My doctors assured me that I no longer had the virus that had initially caused my illness and after every test that they could think of came back βnormal,β they referred meβ¦
