Stupid rant: the ⏰ app has gone so downhill. The algorithm used to be great but now everything is overdone, capitalized, lazy etc. It was inevitable b/c it got so big so fast but it’s still just sad. My s/o & I used to watch them every night but now…not worth it. I miss that special time w/ him

I’ve had many friends who have parents that ignore their problems, even treat them as a problem, and won’t change. But I wonder if ex-religious people broke the cycle of bad parenting when they chose/were forced to leave their religion? Thoughts?

And they all have different levels of religious trauma, but they also have given all their children massive support that I know many people with boomer and gen x parents never received. I know I’m privileged in that regard and will be thankful 3/
