Nice to have a mention for The Dreaming Spires' album "Normal Town" from The Clarion... an unexpected Batman comparison as well!

Today in Oxford @truckmusicstore.bsky.social, 6pm. See you there if you're in the neighbourhood! The album is getting some nice reviews, including 4 stars in the new issue of Mojo.

are Reform voters craving the return of the Danish dominance of 911 AD, while the Lib Dems hang on to Wessex?

I think we can officially now say the #GreenSurge of 2015 looks on the graph like a foothill. Great!

Could you help this surge even higher?

BBC accused of 'extraordinary' anti-Green bias after party say the Laura Kuenssberg Show scrapped a promised interview with @zackpolanski.bsky.social on Sunday.

Green sources say the show also refused to interview Polanski after he was elected as leader last month

Wrongly. For example, Zack’s conversation videos in Clacton are nuanced and empathetic, not binary. It’s a sensationalist article.

I don't see any comparison between what Zack is doing and Bannon/Farage, and the article does not provide evidence to that effect. He specifically does engage a diversity of views, for example in his podcast.

For supposed strategy geniuses, Morgan McSweeney and co always seem to choose the worst possible option for any given moment...

it's a shame, when the council have clearly done a good job with the adjacent Covered market. Plenty of retail options for local wizards, though!

I think I heard you mention that on a podcast- my kids are at school in Didcot right now! The book is brilliant, he’s an excellent writer. You can imagine the scenes..

I have to recommend "A Proper Gentleman"by Vernon Scannell, a book recounting his time as 'poet in residence' in Berinsfield, South Oxfordshire for a year in the early 1970s. It is both intentionally and unintentionally hilarious.
