My experience has been the more diverse, the better. I see the current anti DEI trend as foolish and destructive. And there's lots of data backing this.

I can't tell you how many product problems, recalls, and withdrawals I've seen because of people being "nice". Including a whopping multi million dollar one because of a software issue compounded by another software issue.
