A plate of slow-roasted carrots with tahini lentils, green herb smash & pita chips (recipe from Yasmin Shah’s glorious book Sabzi). Full disclosure, I had to swap the parsley for coriander and je ne regrette rien.

I bought Yasmin Khan’s Sabzi on principle so I’m thrilled that it is packed with recipes I want to make! And today I’ve seen a post that says the lawsuit has been dropped - wonderful news.

I would get them from a butcher, if possible. As plain as possible so you can add what you want.

Definitely decent sausages are better than sausage meat (and cheaper).

It happened after I had Covid last year and took a while to wear off. And it’s just randomly happened over the last 3-4 weeks and I’m very much menopausal! It tastes really bitter 😔
