That being said, I think if you purchased a fat bike, your skinny tire bike will be hanging in the garage every winter. I've never had studded tires on my fat bike, and it's way more stable than any bike I've had with studded tires.

While I think the American project is a cool idea, I'm not sure a bunch of commercial breweries making the same recipe has much in common with Zoigl. It's kind of an odd appropriation of a very tiny brewing culture
