I did not do a good job of browning them. I cut one open and it seemed super underbaked so they went back in. Not very photogenic I’m afraid. Hopefully they taste good! I want to watch a video before I make these again

I despise my stovetop, really imprecise with temperature so the cast iron can be difficult. But I additionally consider this a win for the new seasoning on my cast iron after stripping it a couple months ago and starting over.

I normally have a “no modifications “ rule the first time I do a recipe but I did let this dough rise in the fridge overnight instead of 60-90 minutes on the counter. It was very sticky so quite difficult to get nice round shapes while browning in pan. Also unable to “lightly dust” with corn meal
