Boiling hot in the summer, freezing cold in the winter, roof leaks when it rains heavily, truly living the dream!

Trying to decide whether we want to replace our conservatory roof to make it more insulated and usable, or just save up and try to do a proper extension in the future. Both seem to have a lot of negatives but doing nothing is not a long term option as the current roof is not in great condition.

Dentist this morning, which is always an ordeal. Nothing needs done thankfully, but I did get told off for not wearing my mouth guard for grinding my teeth at night. It's so gross though, I hate it. But my husband was there so now he'll nag me to do it, which I suppose is for the best.

The stairs are the worst thing to hoover, even with a cordless vacuum it's a pain.

I think that's a huge achievement

And not just real things, imaginary things too!

Thanks for the tip about the rubber hooks, I'll look into those. I generally use chunky yarns so at least my hooks are bigger, not super fiddly small ones!

I've been doing some crochet for the first time in ages. I am making sure to limit myself so I don't wreck my wrists again! I'm enjoying it a lot though, I'm glad I picked it back up.

Not here unfortunately. I can't remember the last sunny day! Just grey drizzle for weeks.
