I'm not sure that is correct, my reading is that it was the prosecution that introduced that 12th June x-ray.

When it was realised Letby was not on duty, the mechanism of harm was revised by the prosecution.

Yet it was the x-ray which was taken on the 12th that was used in evidence?

The more comes to light on the Letby case, the more I think the conviction was unsafe. Now it emerges that part of the case against her was that air was injected by her into baby C on the 13th June. Yet an x-ray on the 12th June showed air was already present. Letby was not on duty on the 12th.

I would have thought that a high of 1033 was enough to keep cloud at bay?
