oh also be sure to mix the eggs as little as possible - gently whisk the yolks and whites together evenly but don't whip them, and "fold" them into the dry ingredients with a spoon or spatula. If the eggs are mixed too hard the cookies will flatten 👍 I hope you have wonderful treats

make sure to mix wet and dry ingredients separately, add more flour if the dough is too runny (it should be wet but not sticky), if all else fails its probably your oven, a lot of ovens have really bad temp discrepancies, you can get a thermometer to figure out how to dial it in better
