Why does this matter?
The Wnt/PCP pathway plays a critical role in developmental biology, tissue organization, and the hallmarks of cancer. Dysfunctions in this pathway can result in severe developmental defects or contribute to cancer progression.

By analyzing individual preys across baits and their subcellular locations, we identified 30 candidate proteins that might play a role in Wnt/PCP signaling. To validate these, we performed loss-of-function studies in zebrafish. ๐
