(3/4) C'est dans cet esprit que l’Autorité proposera avant la fin de l'année une réforme permettant d’assurer un contrôle efficace des concentrations sous les seuils de notification tout en assurant une sécurité juridique suffisante des entreprises.

(2/4) L'Autorité de la concurrence est vigilante sur le fonctionnement concurrentiel de l'IA. L'innovation technologique en est la meilleure garantie et nous disposons, si nécessaire, de deux leviers complémentaires : répression des pratiques anticoncurrentielles et contrôle des concentrations.
