Couldnβt be prouder of my big sister! Her paper on proPE β a Prime Editing system with prolonged editing window β just came out in Nature Catalysis! By using two RNAs instead of one, proPE expands prime editing to previously unreachable, disease-linked SNPs.

A short voltage pulse train is applied through the pipette to deliver RNA molecules into a targeted cell. The video below shows this process in cortical neurons expressing GCaMP6s.
