Reading about this luxury apartment building that's falling apart after only ten years because the developer wanted a pure white building, a color only achieved by weakening the concrete. LOL what a fucking living metaphor.

Because this would display competence and dynamism the Democratic leadership simply lack. They should have been there last night already. There should be a vigil for the history that has been destroyed. It's not rocket science...

This could be such an exciting solution to ensure the future of this important building. This Powell & Moya gem, unlisted, is quite functionally frustrating in some ways (can say this having worked there) but that is absolutely part of its charm & interest, its loss would be such a failure.
