I’m so thankful for another year of reconnecting with the people who remind me how much of a second home Seattle is to me.

That moment when your cat thinks she’s caught something between both paws, but isn’t sure, and stares at her paws, afraid to move them because it might fly away. 🦋

But if you go out into the world, meet the people, try the food, you will find that there are wonderful people and lovely things all around. 🌎🧳

Ah there she is, my favorite storm. The desert kind, that roars in quickly over the southwest.

The thunder cracks, unleashes her might.

I find myself tormented by a question most curious: is it too soon to summon forth the dread pageantry of All Hallows’ Eve? My hands do itch to unfurl the banners of specters and ghouls.
